A Puritan Catechism: Question 6

Q. How many persons are there in the Godhead?

A. There are three persons in the Godhead, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one God, the same in essence, equal in power and glory (1 Jn. 5:7; Matt. 28:19).

Thank you so much for making this. Or rather, thank the Christ in you for doing it. This is amazing. I love that catechism and started writing it out by hand, but to see scripture linked up with it is intensely excellent. Oh, thank you!

Thanks KJ. I don't think Confessions of Faith or Catechisms are complete without scripture proofs. In fact, a great bible study is to work through these questions and to examine them in light of Scripture.

I don't think ANYTHING in life works without scripture proofs. Whether it's dealing with temptation or praise. =)

Indeed.
